Carissa was raised in the Vail Valley and has called the Denver area home for over 20 years. Real estate runs in her family, and she has been personally involved in the industry since her early 20s as a homeowner, landlord, short-term rental operator, and Realtor®. She brings hands-on customer service and a personalized approach to her clients in Denver, Golden, and mountain ski towns like Breckenridge. As a business owner and full-time agent, Carissa is known for her ability to make transactions seamless and successful- helping you move confidently from where you are to where you want to be.
Having grown up in Park Hill, Sarah has deep ties to the Denver Metro area and over 25 years of real estate experience. Her background in fine art, historic restoration, and design has shaped her eye for detail and appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every home. As a Managing Broker and Co-Owner of RE/MAX Cherry Creek, she plays a leadership role in one of Denver’s top real estate offices while remaining deeply dedicated to her clients. Known for her savvy negotiation skills and honest, grounded guidance, she uses her insider knowledge to advocate fiercely for buyers and sellers alike.
